Leading in Every Situation

The warden paid no attention to anything under Joseph's care, because the LORD was with Joseph and gave him success in whatever he did (Genesis 39:23 NIV).
Joseph was in jail. He was unjustly accused of having intimate relationships with the wife of his previous master. Despite his innocence, Joseph lost his place of prominence in Potiphar's house and was thrown into jail.

Despite this setback, Joseph quickly established a good reputation, and he was given responsibilities. Because he was a leader, gifted by God, he was able to lead in any situation. This theme followed Joseph's story to the end.

Gifted leaders can lead in any situation. Whether they are the second in command of a nation or locked up in jail, people naturally look to them for direction and give them more responsibilities.

Maybe you are in a place where you feel left out or even pushed out. If you are a leader, gifted by God, be encouraged. Your leadership gifts will be noticed, and opportunities will open for you to lead.
